Highly recommended especially for people with COPD, their caregivers, friends and family. This book was warmly and sincerely written. It covered all you need to know about COPD and how best to live with it. The 1st hand stories from patients at various stages of COPD were full of practical tips and information which are still useful today. I wish I have come across this book when it was first published.
