The Bow Island & District Health Foundation was established in 1996 under the Health Foundation Act. It is comprised of 8 volunteer trustees and 1 appointed trustee from Palliser Health Region. The role of the Foundation is to raise funds and to dispense raised and donated funds to enhance health care in the areas served by the Bow Island Health Centre
