I have not tried any of the recipes in this book but it is full of really helpful nutrition tips for any new meat-free or vegan person.

Half recipes and half nutritional information from a holistic nutritionist in Toronto, this book has tons of ideas and helpful info for living a vegan life. Recipes are easy and use real ingredients, not convenience foods.
