As Easy as Murder
Paperback - 2012
A tranquil Spanish village by the sea is the perfect place for Primavera Blackstone to raise her ten-year-old Tom, son of the late lamented Oz, especially when they are joined by his nephew, pro golfer Jonny Sinclair. As the body count rises, and Primavera becomes a den mother to an extended golfing family, it seems that homicide is par for the course, and that hazards lie in wait for everyone.

Add a CommentThis was my first read in the Primavera Blackstone series oh Quintin Jardine’s novels. I quite enjoyed it. Great characters and a good story.
Drawn to this title by positive responses to other Quintin Jardine thrillers. I am coming in late to the Oz Blackstone/Primavera Blackstone series, but I liked this story very much. A strong female protagonist, three-dimensionally developed, operating in an exotic international setting, with interesting supporting characters and good procedural details. Jardine writes knowledgeably about golfing, food, international black marketing and human choices and desires. I hope to read others in this series as well as in the Bob Skinner series by this author.
