Too bad...
Well done & interesting idea (actors are all good), but the basis & plot line for the "bad guys" is totally out to lunch, and the "good guys" character definitions are too thin. (i.e. Stop the clicheic propaganda!) Try something credible and believably truthful.
This is exactly why Leftists shouldn't make movies.
Sequel takes the PC BS here, and ramps it up about 100 times, so no need to see that!

Liked the actors, but could not get into the story.

A delight following the two masters, Walker and Nighy who decided to crash the party of their "Companies" in a "Treasure Island". And, how does Nighy maintain his willowy frame in his golden years !!! (And today's Bloomberg has an article on a $200 million money laundry bust at the same island": http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-05-11/currency-con-man-says-he-got-by-with-some-help-from-famous-friend?cmpid=BBD051115

This is a first-rate follow-up to "Page Eight".
The Brits are soooo GOOD at this kind of thing. Well, almost everything on PBS is excellent, this included.

more from IMDb:

Curtis Pelissier: Nowadays, people will go anywhere to avoid paying tax. A quick visit to Lichtenstein, Monaco, maybe Jersey; empty the vaults of private wealth, and you could write off the world's debt. In a day, in an hour, in a minute. Three-quarters of the world's cash is hidden away in places exactly like this.

Curtis Pelissier: It's been a fascinating few years, you could say, since 9-11. You know how many Americans now work in intelligence?

Johnny Worricker: I don't know.

Curtis Pelissier: Over two hundred thousand, in sixteen different agencies, with thirty thousand private contractors in a hundred and seventy countries, at a grand cost to the taxpayer of seventy-five *billion* dollars a year, and they still call it the intelligence community! I don't think so.
