"A tribute to Bottura's twenty-five year career and the evolution of Osteria Francescana, his three-Michelin star restaurant based in Modena, Italy. Divided into four chapters, each one dealing with a different period, the book features 50 recipes and stories explaining Bottura's inspirations (including the music and art that motivates him), ingredients, and techniques. Follow Bottura as he pries, pokes, and questions the authority of tradition, and in result creates whimsical dishes with a wink"--Amazon.com.

Add a CommentAmazing book depicting the the life story of both Massimo Bottura and the stories that helped influence the creativity of each of the courses that Chef Bottura has made. He also teaches the reader about history, the ways of life in Italy and how art helped influence him and changed the way he thinks as both a person and a chef. I totally recommend this book to anyone that wants to get into Culinary or those that love food.
Note: I suggested the library to order this book and I am the first to take it out of the library :) No bragging though fam
