It's been a hell of a week for Betsy Taylor. First she loses her job. Then she's killed in a freak accident only to wake up in a morgue to discover she's a vampire. On the plus side, being undead sure beats the alternative. She now has superhuman strength and an unnatural effect on the opposite sex. But what Betsy can't handle is her new liquid diet...

And whilst her mother and best-friend are just relieved to find out that being dead doesn't mean Betsy's can't visit, her new 'night-time' friends have the ridiculous idea that Betsy is the prophesied vampire queen. The scrumptious Sinclair and his cohorts want her help in overthrowing the most obnoxious power-hungry vampire in five centuries. (A Bella Lugosi wannabe who's seen one to many B-movies.) Frankly Betsy couldn't care less about vamp politics. But Sinclair and his followers have a powerful weapon in their arsenal - unlimited access to Manolo Blahnik's Spring collection. Well, just because a girl's dead - er undead - doesn't mean she can't have great shoes...

Great book. Love the main character, Elizabeth Taylor. She's the funniest vampire I've ever read about.

I'm not able to download this and read it. I love these books! The first one (and only, so far) I read is Undead and Unworthy, so I would like to go back and read the others and catch up. But unfortunately, I'm unable to get the ebook downloaded. File not supported or something like that. If anyone in technical support reads this, please fix it!!! Thank you!

There are quite a few vampire books in print right now. What I enjoyed about Undead and Unwed is it's humor. The reality of the vampires and what they do is serious, the main character, however, is completely irreverent, sassy, and irrepressible in a could-be-cute/could-be-irritating way. Becoming one of the undead didn't seem to change her personality one bit. While I could see how dealing with her could be annoying, reading about her was fun.

This is not like any other Vampire novel that I have read before. I found it very funny and lighthearted despite the subject matter. I can't wait to read the next one!!!

Hilarious!! This is by far my favorite vampire comedy series. It is well written and easy to read. While I was reading this book I was constantly laughing out loud. Comedy aside, it has a really great plot as well. Betsy is always getting herself into trouble. It's a great start to a great series.
