I read this hearing MJF's voice the whole way. I feel like he is such an iconic part of my generation, the Alex P Keaton/Marty McFly every man. Yet, in hearing a first hand account of his life with Parkinsons, he is a superman. His whole life ties together, his work, his faith, his politics and his family. He is inspirational, and I feel he would likely have accomplished great things even if not spurred on by his own illness. I would consider this an excellent read alike to Rob Lowe's Stories I Only Tell My Friends, not just for content, but for tone. Smart and funny.
